About The Seminar

The sustainable development can be conceptually broken into three constituent parts: environmental sustainability, economic sustainability and socio-political sustainability. At present Urban Cooperative Banks are contributing in economic sustainability of India. Urban Co-operative Bank is very important role for the sustainable development of India. UCBs through various facilities provided to the society. This bank has also financially helped for various sectors i.e. Education, Health, Social Work, Agriculture, Rural Development, Wedding Function, Cottage and Small-Scale Industries, Retail Traders, Wholesale Trade etc.

The development of new technologies in the banking sector and the recent push by the central government for the digitization of the banks has opened the new avenue for the solution providers which is also helping the UCBs to make their operations smooth and transparent for the collective growth of the society. The Urban Cooperative Banking seminar is an effort to create a platform to bring the UCBs and Solution providers to discuss the innovation and solutions in banking sector which can make the banks more efficient and customer friendly. The seminar also provides the opportunity to collaborate.
